用料

做法

  • 孢子甘藍劃十字花,西紅柿切碎

  • 孢子甘藍放在碗中,加少量水,用盤子蓋上,放入微波爐,微波8分鐘

  • 拿出孢子甘藍加入胡椒粉,鹽,番茄,香草

  • 倒250毫升水,混合均勻

  • 放回微波爐,加熱10分鐘左右

  • 拿出來,吃!
