用料

做法

  • 烤箱預熱200℃。烤盤內墊烤紙,放上芝士片。Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • 芝士上撒一些辣椒粉,放入烤箱烤8-10分鐘,具體取決于芝士片的厚度。最後幾分鐘要特別注意,不要烤過頭了,烤過頭的芝士會有苦味。Sprinkle paprika powder on top and bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, depending on how thick the slices are. Pay attention towards the end so that you don’t burn the slices, as burned cheese tends to have a bitter taste.

  • 放涼後就可以吃啦。Let cool and enjoy.
