烤箱預熱225℃。Preheat the oven to 450°F (225°C), preferably with the broil function on.
烤盤墊上烤紙,薩拉米放入烤盤,每片之間隔一些空隙。Place the salami slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow some space between the slices.
每一片薩拉米上撒上一把芝士碎,大約1-2湯匙。也可以按個人口味使用辣椒粉或其他干香料。Place a mound of shredded cheese on top of every slice, about 1–2 tablespoons. Sprinkle paprika powder or dry herbs on top if you want additional flavors.
放入烤箱烤至芝士氣泡並變成金黃色。注意不要烤過頭了。Place in the oven and bake until the cheese turns bubbly and golden brown. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
取出,放置冷卻後食用。Remove from the oven and let cool. After that the chips are ready to be enjoyed!
