Prepare a clean big bowl (big enough to put all the chopped cabbage in). Put flour in first, then water, and eggs the third. Mix them well and then add in the chopped cabbage (strips in shape would be the best) and chopped green onion (shape doesn't really matter in fact). The final mixture would look like as shown in picture.
Place about 1/2 tbsp oil in cooking pan. Use median-low heat (if 10 in scale, use 4). Put in about 1/3 of the total amount of mixture, make it a round shape and about 1/2 inch thick patty. Cook about 3 minute or till bottom become brown color.
If you like, add three slices of bacon/pork belly on top of the patty.
Turn the patty over to cook the other side (if you added the bacon, then we are gonna cook the bacon side now). It takes about 4 minutes. Use your own judgement to make sure the patty is fully cooked.
Flip again the patty. Cook additional 2 minutes. And then you're good to go.
Serve with the sauce you like and add some dried Bonito shavings on top. Have fun!
Shake the pan if you're not sure about whether the patty is fully cooked. If the patty can move freely as a whole and not fall apart, then it's highly possible that the patty is 99.95% cooked. Or you can try a small piece to see if I'm correct.
