  • 乾煸孜然蘑菇 Dry fried Mushroom的做法 步骤1

    準備食材

  • 將蘑菇洗淨並攥幹水分備用。

  • 中大火,炒鍋加入比平時炒菜稍多一點的油,待油溫熱時加入蒜末炒出香味兒後加入蘑菇煸炒到蘑菇變軟。

  • 當蘑菇變軟時加入孜然粉、小茴香、辣椒粉、黑胡椒、肉蔻粉和鹽炒制入味兒(大約2-3分鐘)關火裝盤即可。
