把三個蛋清分在大碗 Separate the three egg whites into a large bowl
把蛋黃分在中碗里 Leave the egg yolks in a medium bowl
蛋清加5茶勺白糖,用打蛋器把蛋清開啟 Beat the white whites with 5 teaspoons of sugar
打到能夠站立起來 (peak) Beat the eggs until it peaks (when it can hold up its peak shape)
