Bring water to boil,add Binda Valley Rolled Oats.Lower temperature and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.Remove from heat and cover. 將鍋裡的水燒開,加入寶德谷麥片,小火不加蓋煮5分鐘,然後關火加蓋燜。
Heat Oil in large fry pan. 煎鍋裡倒植物油,加熱。
Over Medium heat lightly toast peanuts in oil until golden brown. 中火輕微的加熱直至花生米變成金棕色
Add Radish,Dry Bean Curd,Soy Sauce,Chilli and Spring Onion to toasted peanuts and fry for 5-7 minutes or until cooked on low heat.Remove rom heat. 將蘿蔔乾,豆腐乾,醬油,辣椒粉和洋蔥加入焙烤過的花生米,煎5-7分鐘
Prepare 4 bowls of cooked oats and four bowls of the Radish Mix to accompany. 準備4只碗,放入做好的燕麥,配上剛纔的蘿蔔乾混合物。
Note:if a softer oat is desired,in step 1 continue to simmer until desired texture obtained. 如果喜歡口感更軟一些的燕麥,步驟1中維持即將沸騰的狀態,直到達到需要的口感和組織。
