快速把涂好的法棍放在熱好的不粘鍋上,稍微用力壓一壓 Quickly flip the baguette into the frying pan with oil, pressing lightly
煎上5分鐘,把番茄醬涂在煎好的法棍上 Fry for 5 mins and add ketchup to the egg on the baguette
把法棍合上,切開便能上桌 Close up the baguette and cut to serve
煎法棍時輕輕壓一壓確保蛋會粘在法棍上。溢出來的蛋就用鏟子推回法棍下面 When frying the baguette, make sure you press it lightly so that the egg will stick to the baguette. Tuck in the egg into baguette if it starts to flow out
